Chief Paralegal/Business Development Manager

Kirsten Sylvia is the Chief Paralegal/Director of Program Development for SG Law. In that capacity, Ms. Sylvia manages the national and regional coordinating defense counsel program for SG Law’s retail and healthcare clients. In addition, Ms. Sylvia is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients across a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to: retail, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare, commercial finance/banking, and aviation. Ms. Sylvia has created a unique and successful marketing platform for SG Law.

In addition to her business development role, Ms. Sylvia also serves as the Chief Paralegal for SG Law. Ms. Sylvia has been a paralegal for 10+ years and dedicates her time to overseeing litigation management programs for several large retailers, manufacturers, and healthcare companies. Ms. Sylvia’s litigation management experience spans most of the United States and she serves as the primary point person across a variety of general liability and professional liability matters. Ms. Sylvia routinely interfaces with employees, experts, and local counsel and plays a critical role in ensuring consistent and uniform case handling throughout the litigation process for the clients she serves.
